How do I use the on-line box office?

I can’t select seats when using my Apple i-device

You need to double-tap the seat to begin the booking process. This is a function of the Apple i-device software.

I’ve booked tickets before – why can’t I access my account?

When we updated the Box Office, passwords were not transferred. To activate your account, go to the login page then select “Password forgotten?” and enter your email address. Your new password will be emailed to you. You can change you password in the My Account section.

How long is my ticket selection held before payment?

Your ticket selection will be held for 10 minutes. Your tickets will then be released for resale unless you complete payment.

Where are my tickets?

You should receive an email with a link to your account and your tickets. Please check your junk email or spam filter in case it has been blocked. Alternatively, browse to the Box Office page, login then select “My account”. You will see a list of orders and tickets. Select the “View” icon to see your order, then select the link to download you tickets.

How do I print multiple tickets on a page?

This is a function of your printer. Set you printer to print multiple pages on a sheet.

I cannot print my tickets

You must complete payment through Paypal before your tickets are released for printing. If you think that your payment has completed, please contact the Box Office for assistance.

Can I still pay by cheque or pay at the door?

If you would like to pay by cheque in advance, please contact the Box Office direct and we will reserve your tickets. You can still buy tickets at the door, but please note that we cannot accept credit cards at the door.

Are my payment details safe?

We use Paypal to handle the actual payment. Your payment details are not held by NUCMS.
